OUR TEAM
The Dove Square team consists of members who are passionate about transforming the way condominiums are managed by combining in-depth knowledge in the areas of residential, commercial, industrial condominium and tenancy management using the latest advances in property management cloud-based software and unsurpassable customer service.Our property managers are R.C.M.s or they are in the process of obtaining their designation.
We are leaders who are effective communicators and have:
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and budgeting in-depth knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements in Ontario
- Years of experience managing large scale projects (i.e. asphalt replacement, roof replacement, boiler replacements, balcony renovations, projects from government compliance notices etc.)
- Specialized knowledge in managing residential, commercial, and industrial condominiums and tenancy management
- Compiled budgets for condominiums experiencing financial difficulty or noncompliant with their reserve fund study
- Contractor management experience
